This policy covers hosting fees paid to Unique Hosting Private Limited by an organiser for using the Service to run a tournament.
It does not cover tournament entry fees. A player pays the entry fee directly to the organiser, and we never receive it. Refunds of entry fees are decided by the organiser under their own policy, and the organiser’s contact details are shown on the tournament page.
If an organiser cancels a tournament before it is opened for entries, the hosting fee paid for it is refunded in full.
Once a tournament has been opened for entries, the Service has been provided for it, and the hosting fee is not refundable. This applies whether the organiser later cancels, postpones or changes the tournament.
If we cannot provide the Service for a tournament that has been paid for, for a reason within our control, the hosting fee for that tournament is refunded in full.
An approved refund is paid within 7 working days, to the same payment method that was used to pay the invoice.
A payment made twice for the same invoice is refunded in full, in the same way.
Write to [email protected] with the invoice number and the tournament. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours.
