What the Service is

This website and the software behind it are operated by Unique Hosting Private Limited, and are called "the Service" in these terms. The Service lets a league publish tournaments, take entries, produce draws, record scores and maintain rankings.

The Service does not organise tournaments. Every tournament on this site is run by an organiser, and the organiser decides the events, the entry fee, the venue, the rules of play and who may enter.

When you enter a tournament, your agreement is with that organiser. The Service is not a party to it.

What happens at the venue is the organiser’s responsibility

The organiser controls the venue, supervises play, appoints officials and decides disputes about matches. They are responsible for the safety and conduct of the event.

The Service has no presence at any venue and no control over anything that happens there. We are not responsible for injury, loss or damage occurring at a tournament, for a decision made by an official, or for a tournament being changed, delayed or cancelled.

If something goes wrong at an event, the organiser is the person to speak to. Their name and phone number are shown on the tournament page.

Money

Entry fees are paid by you directly to the organiser, normally by UPI. The Service never receives, holds or forwards your entry fee.

Because we never receive the money, we cannot refund it. Refunds and cancellations are decided by the organiser under their own policy.

A hosting fee an organiser pays to us is refunded under our refund and cancellation policy, published at /refund.

When you record a payment reference against an entry, you are telling the organiser what you paid. It is a claim, not proof, and only the organiser can mark an entry as paid once they see the money arrive.

What it costs

The Service is free for players and parents, and we intend to keep it that way. We do not charge you to hold an account, add players, verify an age or enter a tournament.

This is separate from the entry fee, which is set by the organiser and paid to them.

Organisers pay a hosting fee to Unique Hosting Private Limited for using the Service to run a tournament. The fee is quoted per tournament and invoiced after the organiser completes identity verification (eKYC), and is paid online against the invoice.

No fee applies to a tournament unless the organiser has accepted the quote for it. A hosting fee is never passed on to a player or a parent by us.

Your account

You need an account to enter a tournament. One account can hold several players, so a parent adds each of their children to their own account.

You are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else has it.

You must give accurate information. Entering a player who is not yours, or giving a false date of birth, may result in entries being cancelled and the account being closed.

Age verification

Age groups only work if dates of birth are right, so the Service can confirm a date of birth against government identity through DigiLocker.

A confirmed date of birth is locked and cannot then be edited, including by you. If a confirmed date is wrong, contact us and it will be corrected by the platform administrator.

One government identity confirms one player. Verifying every child on an account with the same identity is not possible, and attempting it will be refused.

An organiser may require a confirmed age for a tournament. Whether they do is their decision, not ours.

What is public

Tournaments, draws, schedules, match scores, results and rankings are public. That is what the site is for.

A player has a public profile showing their name, club, district, gender, player number and results. It does not show a phone number, an email address or a date of birth.

The profile pages of players under eighteen ask search engines not to index them. This reduces how permanent the page is; it does not make it private, and the information above remains publicly visible to anybody with the link.

Using the site properly

Do not use the Service to collect other people’s details, to contact players you do not know, to enter someone without their agreement, or to interfere with the service.

The partner board exists so players can find a doubles partner in the same tournament. Using it to obtain names for any other purpose is a misuse of the service.

We may suspend or close an account that is used in these ways.

Availability

We try to keep the Service working and available, and we cannot promise that it always will be. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of a fault.

If the site is unavailable during an event, the organiser runs the event without it. Scores entered while a device is offline are kept and sent when the connection returns.

Our liability

The Service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of the service, from an event, or from anything an organiser does or fails to do.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Closing an account

You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Results of matches already played are part of the record of a tournament and of the other players in it, so they remain. Where we can, we will remove personal details from a closed account rather than delete a result that somebody else also earned.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.

If a change materially affects you, we will give notice before it takes effect.

Complaints and contact

The Service is operated by Unique Hosting Private Limited, 1/163, Semalai Gounden Pudur, Ugayanur, P.K.Palayam, Tirupur, Tamil Nadu 641665, India.

A complaint about a tournament, an entry fee, a refund or a decision made during play should go to the organiser first, because those are theirs to resolve.

These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts of Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India have jurisdiction.
