You do not publish results as a separate step. They appear as matches are completed.
The Results tab shows the final placings for each event.

Placings are worked out from the matches. If a placing is wrong, the match behind it was scored wrongly. Correct the match.
A player moves in the rankings because of everything they have played, not only today. A good day may not move them far.
